Andrew Galdys

I grew up in Palm City, Florida, and moved to New York City at 18 — drawn to the energy, ambition, and pace of the city. I joined my first founding team at 16 as an AI Workflow Engineer at Nova Echo AI, where I helped build AI voice agents for small businesses and contributed to scaling the company to six figures in ARR.

Since then I've worked across AI, commercial real estate, wealth management, and recruiting. I founded Cipher Intel, a platform for business students to publish research and build a personal brand, with students from NYU, UT Austin, and beyond. Today I'm Chief of Staff at Ambees.io, a startup I'm building with friends at Georgetown and UC Berkeley, while doing tech recruiting at Venturi.

Outside of work, I enjoy investing, playing golf, and am currently self-teaching Python to become more technical.
